Santaquin City operates a Justice Court that handles misdemeanors, ordinance violations, small claims, and infractions within its jurisdiction. The court serves Santaquin City, as well as the towns of Genola and Goshen through Interlocal Agreements. Currently, all hearings are conducted remotely using the Webex platform. Participants are required to have a functional webcam and microphone, and stable Wi-Fi connection.
