The Zest Training Process

As a prerequisite to engaging in clinical work, all graduate therapist interns undergo a comprehensive 3-month training program (May-July) overseen by our esteemed clinical team. This program equips them with the necessary skills and knowledge to proficiently employ best-practice approaches when working with our community.

After the intensive training period, graduate interns benefit from 5 hours of ongoing weekly support. This support is provided through a combination of structured individual and group peer mentorship, as well as clinical supervision. These measures ensure that our interns continue to receive guidance, guidance, and supervision as they navigate their clinical practice, fostering their professional development and ensuring the provision of high-quality care to our valued community members.
