For Property Owners (Buying/Selling Personal Property):

As the property owner of record, certain actions and requests can be made to ensure smooth utility management:

Final Bill for Sold Property: If you have sold a property, the final bill should be prorated and arranged through a title company or mutually agreed upon between yourself and the buyer.
Requested Actions: As the property owner, you can request various services, including adding or changing mailing addresses, enrolling in Budget Billing, removing an account from the online payment site profile, or initiating the placement or removal of a meter.
