The science curriculum at Lakeview follows the Utah Core. Each grade participates in age-appropriate lab activities, investigations, and inquiry-based lessons. Students are taught the basics of the scientific method and the engineering model.
Field trips, in-house presenters, and other enhancements build on students' scientific knowledge.
The Science and the STEM PLCs work to vertically align the curriculum so that science knowledge builds on itself through the grades.
