Formerly the “Confidential Address Program”
Safe at Home is a program that allows victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or similar types of crimes to receive mail at a confidential address while keeping their actual address private.
To be eligible for Safe at Home, you must be a New Mexico resident, or in the process of moving to the state in the near future, a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, attempted sexual assault, stalking, or fear for your safety or the safety of a family member.
