Marty D. Van Wagoner is the managing partner of Mountainside Accounting & Consulting. He has almost 30 years of experience in accounting and auditing. He began his career with ten years at KMPG, one of the global “Big 4” accounting and professional services firms. He worked in placement for a couple of years and has been a partner in local firms since that time, with extensive international experience and dealing with complex issues.

In addition to his professional CPA experience, Marty is currently Professional-in-Residence faculty at Utah Valley University, an adjunct professor in the MBA program of Roseman University, a former adjunct professor at the University of Utah, and he teaches continuing professional education (CPE) courses across the country. He has also served as President and in other officer positions of the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants (UACPA), of which he is currently a member, as well as a Council Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) of which he is also currently a member. He has served on a variety of Boards for non-profit entities, and is currently serving on the Boards of four such organizations.
