2-4 Year Old Class Ladybugs
Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

Our 2 to 4-year-old class expands on social curriculum, letters, shapes, and numbers and introduces opposites, patterns, letter sounds, writing, name recognition, and gross and fine motor skills development.

About Denise:

Denise has been a part of the LMS family for two years. She has been working with children for over 30 years. Her experience includes one-year-olds through school-aged children. She enjoys teaching and watching children explore and grow. She has four grown children of her own and in her free time, she enjoys camping, kayaking, and cooking.

4 to 5 Years Old Pre-K - Busy Bees

Monday through Friday from 9 am to 12:00 pm

The goal of this class is to prepare children for Kindergarten. This includes phonetic reading readiness, developing good listening skills, math skills (counting, patterns, and sorting), increasing length of attention span, cutting, rhyming, and fine and gross motor development. Students attend chapel time with the church pastor 1-2 times a month for 15 minutes.

About Gwen Storey:

Gwen has been a part of the LMS family for over five years. She has a BA in Early Childhood Education from CSUS and has worked with children for over 25 years. She inspires children through her Montessori style teaching methods and loves to watch children grow and learn. She has a daughter in college and lives in Fair Oaks. In her free time, Gwen enjoys volunteering at pet shelters, crafting, and spending time with her daughter.
